This large semi detached house on the bay has been modified into two apartments; Anchor Deck (ref. 1150) occupying the ground floor and Topsail (this apartment) occupying the first and second floor. Both apartments have their own separate access.
Around the headland and within easy walking distance are other sandy beaches and coves. Further along are Porthmadog (1 mile), a harbour town with many restaurants, cafes, shops, leisure centre and the Ffestiniog Railway, Welsh Highland steam railways. Snowdon and Beddgelert are just 8 miles away, Portmeirion Italianate styled village (3 miles), and Cricieth (7 miles). Harlech, a World Heritage Site with its majestic castle, stands 10 miles away. Enjoyable local walks include the summit of Moel y Gest. All in all, it is a great destination for a family wanting to explore the delights of Snowdonia.
3 BEDROOMS: 1 Kingsize, 1 Double and 1 Single (with a pull out futon for 1 - please confirm if this will be needed). Bed linen and towels provided.

GARDEN: No, however the beach is only a short stone's throw away.
WiFi: Yes, free.
PETS: 1 well behaved pet.
PARKING: Street parking. There is a space at the side of the house for unloading and loading luggage.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 21 days before the starting date of the holiday.
Please note: A returnable £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit will be required before we can give the key safe code. Our experience shows that this procedure results in an all round better holiday for everyone, as our holiday home owners are prepared to offer better quality properties for guests and all guests fully respect the property and so make manageable the process of preparing the property for the next guest's full enjoyment. Nearly all our guests are respectful people where the bond is fully returned. The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
