The apartment is conveniently located, being a short walk to Porthmadog with everything the town has to offer, yet the situation guarantees relaxing tranquillity whilst overlooking the water of the estuary. A short walk from the property will lead you to the Ffestiniog Railway and Welsh Highland railway and the station's popular bar/restaurant. Wildlife walks along the causeway with migrant wetland birds and Ospreys in the summer months. Snowdon and Beddgelert (7 miles), Portmeirion Italianate styled village (3 miles). Harlech, a World Heritage Site, with its majestic castle stands 10 miles away. Black Rock Sands beach is 3 miles away. The beach has fine golden sands and stretches for 2 miles with many facilities. Cars can be parked on the beach at a cost of £5/day. Beautiful Borth-y-Gest is a 20 minute walk away.

Mini-break rules: A mini-break is a holiday for less than 7 nights and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property will accept mini-breaks at very short notice in the Holiday Season (From Easter to October Half Term) - only within 21 days before the start date of the holiday. Outside of the Holiday Season this apartment does accept mini-breaks at any time (Between November to March. However, this does NOT including Christmas, New Year's Eve and February Half Term weeks: which can only be booked within 21 days of the start date of the holiday).

This is a ground floor apartment with the front door situated approx. 10 yards away from the allocated car parking space. Whilst the accommodation is all level throughout there is one step at the front door (and also at the patio door) and this coupled with restricted width would not prove suitable for wheelchair users.

All rooms open off a hallway which runs left to right inside the front door.

The bedroom has bedside lights in addition to the main ceiling light and power points at skirting board level. The shower room has wash basin, WC and an electric shower in a large oblong shower cubicle.

The sitting room has additional lighting Freeview TV. In the galley kitchen points are at working top level.

Heating is by way of electric heaters.
