Description

Experience a stay in Pat's Terrace, a recently refurbished property in village of Talsarnau. A lovely renovation for people wanting to chill out in this undiscovered part of the Snowdonia National Park. There are woodland and river walks nearby, the 'Ship Aground' pub is at the end of the road and 500m from where the Cambrian Coast Railway will stop. The sandy beaches at Harlech and Shell Island are within a 10 - 15 minute drive and the wet land shores of the Dwyryd river are 2.5 mls away for bird watching, which may include our summer visitor the Osprey between March and September. Good central location for the Snowdonia mountains, Portmeirion village (4 mls) the beaches and steam trains at Porthmadog (5 mls) and the castle, historic village and sandy beach at Harlech (5 mls).

3 BEDROOMS: One Double bedroom, one small single bedroom and one children's pirate themed bedroom with a raised single bed (all bedrooms are on the 1st Floor).
BATHROOM: Bathroom and WC with electric shower over bath hand wash basin (1st Floor).
KITCHEN AREA & DINING AREA: With electric hob and oven, fridge, tabletop freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and dining table and chairs (Ground Floor).
LOUNGE AREA: Smart TV with included Netflix, electric fireplace (Ground Floor).
GARDEN: Large, enclosed terraced garden to the rear of the cottage. Covered seating area at the top with fantastic views over towards Portmeirion
PARKING: Street parking outside the property, or a parking 100m away.
HEATING: One night storage heater downstairs and and additional plug in heaters.
ELECTRICITY: Electricity included for internal use at the property. Charging of Electric Vehicles is PROHIBITED due to electrocution and fire safety reasons.
