Unforgettable views will spell bound you from the windows of this 2nd floor split level apartment on the beach front in the seaside town of Barmouth. High enough to see way into the distance down the Cambrian coast and the Cader Idris mountains above Llwyngwril. A recent conversion of The Victoria Hotel on Marine Parade, it is fully insulated for energy and sound to the highest standards and has lift access. Just 60m to the beautiful sandy beach and sand dunes and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants in the town. 250m from the railway station on the Cambrian Coast line. The property is mostly on 1 level and offers 2 en-suite bedrooms and a large living room with a fully functional kitchen. The second bedroom is six steps lower than the rest of the flat. Barmouth has many returning guests that enjoy the stunning Snowdonia Mountain scenery around the Mawddach estuary. A variety of eating places locally from fine dining to award-winning fish and chips on the promenade. An eclectic collection of shops to investigate within the old historic town. Excellent cycle routes and footpaths. Our favourite is the Mawddach trail crossing over the iconic Barmouth rail bridge to the George III for a spot of liquid lunch or a drive to Cregennan Lakes and Cader Idris. Visit Harlech castle, Porthmadog steam trains and Portmeirion Italianate village all within 20 miles, or historic Dolgellau town and Torrent Falls only 10 miles away. Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location with beautiful views.

Mrs H (October 2021): "Everything was as in the pictures. It really is a home from home with quality fixtures and fittings. Nothing too much trouble for the owners, we had to contact them while they were on holiday and they responded immediately. We enjoyed the views every day and certainly missed them when we had to leave. It was a perfect location only a few mins walk to everything and nice walks near the beach."
Mr G (Sept. 2021): "The apartment was extremely comfortable and spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the bay window are glorious."
Mrs H (July 2021): "Lovely well equipped apartment in great location with excellent views over the road from the beach. Two bathrooms useful and very comfortable beds. We had a couple of problems with the lift not working and had to use the fire escape but the owner kept in touch and quickly sorted the problem. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again."
Mr T (July 2021): "Lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Can't fault it at all"
Mrs C (May 2021): "Such an excellent apartment has everything you need, beautiful views, close to the beach and town, any problems are sorted really quickly, just one problem it's so popular now it's hard to get a booking. The owners are lovely people we met them on our recent visit. Five star plus!"

K & H (June 2019): "To repeat again - a most well appointed apartment and very well maintained. Even the soggy weather did not stop us enjoying the holiday. We agree the Bank and Bistro Bermo restaurants are both very good. For fresh seafood The Lobster Pot. Thank you."
Mrs F (June 2019): "The apartment was larger than we had imagined. The view of the beach was excellent and the apartment was fitted with everything we needed, as well as thoughtful little extras such as a sewing kit, foil and cling film. The whole place was clean, attractive and convenient. Sadly, the stairs running down to the second bedroom mean that we will not be able to come next year when my grandson will be learning to walk."
