N. B. We love the exposed stone work and large fireplace in this cottage, however they do create endless dust. If that wouldn't suit you, please choose a more modern style of house where the plaster work keeps the dust level down.

Mini-break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 14 - 21 days between Easter and October Half Term. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Parking is on Garth Road with access to the cottage through a wrought iron door in the wall and down 13 slate steps to a porch. The path is crazy paved in style and uneven. There steps are 4 steps down from the gate to the path, 2 steps midway and then 7 steps down to the door. These last steps are steep. There is a handrail on the right hand side as you descend.
The lounge and kitchen diner are on the same floor, bedrooms and bathroom/wc on the 1st floor. Patio to the front is enclosed and level with some steps down to a side gate, garden to the back is enclosed, terraced and raised, not suitable for young children.
