N. B. We love the exposed stone work and large fireplace in this cottage, however they do create endless dust. If that wouldn't suit you, please choose a more modern style of house where the plaster work keeps the dust level down.

Mini-break rules: A mini-break is a holiday for less than 7 night and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 14 - 21 days between Easter and October Half Term. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Parking is on Garth Road with access to the cottage through a wrought iron door in the wall and down 13 slate steps to a porch. The path is crazy paved in style and uneven. There steps are 4 steps down from the gate to the path, 2 steps midway and then 7 steps down to the door. These last steps are steep. There is a handrail on the right hand side as you descend.
The lounge and kitchen diner are on the same floor, bedrooms and bathroom/wc on the 1st floor. Patio to the front is enclosed and level with some steps down to a side gate, garden to the back is enclosed, terraced and raised, not suitable for young children.
