The homely prepared house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower roomson Garth Road, a no-through road with a footpath to the beach and village of Borth y Gest. All front rooms of this 4 storey house have fantastic uninterrupted views across the Glaslyn estuary to a panorama of sea and mountain scenery. It is a 3 minute walk from the house to the historic harbout at Porthmadog, and just a little further on to the shops, cafes, restaurants, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway steam train station, and museums. The bay and coves at Borth y Gest are 15 mins walk from the house, Black Rock Sands and Portmeirion village and gardens are just 2 mls, and majestic Snowdon mountain and Beddgelert (7 mls). This is a good central location for family get togethers in a large comfortable holiday property in North Wales.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
