Guest Feedback:
Mr W (September 2021):
Excellent "Excellent location for walking to town centre with stunning views of the Castle. The property is an old school with tons of modern character. You can use the bus to hop on hop off to visit Snowdonia or park your car next to property."
Mr C (September 2021): Excellent "Ysgol Jones Bach is a fantastic place to stay It is a very tastefully converted 19th century school It is very spacious modern but also has the charming features of the Victorian era. This includes decorative roses on the ceiling and exposed wooden beams. It also has amazing views of the estuary and Caernarfon Castle absolutely stunning. Many an evening was spent sipping wine watching the sun set behind the castle. It's also a special place as it can sleep 6 The main bedroom is on a mezzanine floor but there are 2 bedrooms downstairs too. The housekeeper lives very close by She is very pleasant and helpful but in no way intrusive. The apartment is also well equipped washing machine cooker oven and grill as well as a microwave. Lighting is very good and of chic modern design. Plenty of other cooking equipment and a washing machine fridge freezer. TV and sound system are good too. All in all excellent apartment in gorgeous town in an absolutely beautiful area"

G Family (August 2021): "Fabulous house with great view - spent ages watching the birds! Only used the car a couple of days as based ourselves here and walked loads. Welsh Highland Railway is a must. Wal in the town is great for lunches (Welsh breakfast :-) ). A lovely place to stay, friendly locals & great views - didn't bother us that it rained. Diolch!"

M Family (July 2021): "Fantastic week in Caernarfon. Weather was absolutely amazing. Loved the openness of the house, and the views from the balcony were a pleasure to watch the wildlife every day. Went to Anglesey, Abersoch - lovely beaches and days out. Went for meals at: The Anglesey - view good, food mediocre, Four Alls - food lovely, reasonable and dog friendly, The Black Boy Inn -dog friendly, good food. Thanks to D for all your help."

R Family (July 2021): "We've had a fabulous week in this beautiful house with its magnificent view. On the estuary we spotted: Oyster Catchers, Great Egrets & Herons. Also, The Fairy Glen at Betws y Coed is well worth a visit - it's a trek to get to it but well worth it and you can "Wild Swim" there. Do go up Ben Twthill, the rock in the midle of Caernarfon - the view is amaing! Parc Glynllifon is a wonderful woodland walk and the cafe is fabulous! Thank you for sharing this special place with us."
