Guests are delighted with the situation of The Sail Loft,  five minutes level walk to Porthmadog town centre and the famous Ffestiniog Railway steam train station or 10 minutes to Borth y Gest beach. This first floor studio flat is ideal for a single adventurer or couple alike. It has a view of the river and the magnificent Snowdonia mountains from the front door and garden. This little gem has comfortable seating and a dining area in an L-shaped living area and a private shower room. The galley kitchen has a cooker, fridge and a microwave making self catering a doddle. On the chefs night off there are two restaurants on the doorstep pretty much - a Chinese in the Yacht club and a Pub with traditional pub fare on the quay itself.  Excellent location in Snowdonia North Wales for touring, walking, exploring and for relaxing on a sandy beaches. Easy access to sandy beaches at Borth y Gest 10 min walk and Morfa Bychan Black Rock Sands. Snowdon and the pretty village of Beddgelert are 7 miles, Portmeirion village, prestigious hotel and gardens 2miles. Caernarfon, Criccieth, Harlech are just a few of the castle in the area.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Parking is 20 m from the concrete staircase. It is a level walk on gravel? and crazy paved path? There are 13? steps tot he front door. Galley kitchen has work tops at standard height. Small shower room/wc with 70cm? square? shower cubicle. No hand rails?
