Please note: A returnable £100 Good Housekeeping bond will be required before we can give the keysafe code. Our experience shows that this procedure results in an all round better holiday for everyone, as our holiday home owners are prepared to offer better quality properties for guests and all guests fully respect the property and so make manageable the process of preparing the property for the next guest's full enjoyment. Nearly all our guests are respectful people where the bond is fully returned. We have a high proportion of returning guests who are appreciative of our service and the high standard of accommodation that we strive to provide. We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Parking is 20 m from the concrete staircase. It is a level walk on gravel? and crazy paved path? There are 13? steps tot he front door. Galley kitchen has work tops at standard height. Small shower room/wc with 70cm? square? shower cubicle. No hand rails?
