Sail Loft is close to the town centre but in a peaceful location & a good base for touring the area.”

The location couldn't be better - you are right in the centre of the town, with beautiful views over the harbour and the mountains behind. The flat is small but perfectly formed with a well stock kitchen. The owner of Sail Loft was such a lovely welcoming host and she gave us loads of great local tips. There are loads of amenities just a few minutes walk away. Furthermore, Porthmadog is the perfect base to explore North Wales. Portmeirion is a 10 minute drive away, and there are dozens of amazing little towns/beaches/mountains/hikes within an hours drive. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!"

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Parking is 20 m from the concrete staircase. It is a level walk on gravel and crazy paved path. There are 13 steps to the front door. Galley kitchen has work tops at standard height. Small shower room/wc with 70cm square shower cubicle. No hand rails.
You have a choice of parking through the wooden gates or there is also a space in front of the house but the metal gates there are very heavy.
