The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Ground floor apartment with 7" step into the property through a standard width door.
There are two French doors into the living room in the property: one is into the kitchen area and another one is into the lounge area, (but is occluded by a sofa).
Access to the bedrooms is from a central hallway. The beds are beadstead types which are normally lower than divan beds. The double bed mattress is at a height of 16" and the two single bed mattresses are lower at a height of 13.5 inches.
The floors are laminated and it is considered that there is not enough room for a wheel chair.
There is a shower over the bath no grab hand rail. There is a fixed shower screen and the height of the bath sides is 21 inches.
Parking is in an allocated space 20m from the front door. Surface is tarmac. There is a step up of 5" up on to a narrow kerb of 15" deep and then a drop of 9" to the rough gravel surface of the patio. There are paving slabs there to reduce the height to 3 inches. There is a step of 7" up to the French doors the opening width of which is 29" wide.
