You will enjoy unrivalled views of Moelwyn, Cnicht, and Snowdon mountains, the harbour and Glaslyn river valley plus watch the World Famous Ffestiniog trains puff their way over the causeway up to Snowdonia. This carefully prepared property has large floor to ceiling picture windows and a comfy sofa and chairs to enjoy all of this. Excellent facilities with an ensuite shower room and family bathroom. It is in a superb spot in the town, just a short (10 min) walk to the shops, inns and restaurants on the quayside, playground, leisure centre. Excellent local sandy beaches at Borth y Gest is within walking distance or (1 ml by car) and Black Rock Sands (2 mls by car). A popular central location for a relaxing holiday in North Wales combining sandy beaches, walking the coastal footpath or up hills and mountains, or just visit Snowdonia's landmarks and attractions, especially handy to Portmeirion village.

Out of the Holiday Season (November to end of March - not including School Holidays & Bank Holiday dates): this property will accept any any 2+ nights that start and end on any day of the week..

We were very grateful to be able to secure this apartment at short notice in Easter for a much needed break. It exceeded our expectations on every level. It is very roomy with two bathrooms (en suite is huge) and was spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The location is superb, being close to town and the harbour (albeit up and down 84 steps to town!) And en route to the beaches at Borth y Gest - ideal for us as with our dog. And the view is spectacular. I loved being able to sit in the floor to ceiling window with the sun streaming in in the morning. The apartment was very reasonably priced for Easter. Thank you for making that break possible for us"
