MH (October 2022): 4.2 STARS "We enjoyed another stay at Harbour Station View. The flat is perfectly sited, comfortable and well appointed. My only gripe re. this visit is that the crockery and utensils were not all properly clean. ...eg. tea stains in the mugs. We had to wash all before use. Apart from that I am happy to recommend Harbour Station View"
RG (October 2022): 4.7 STARS "Clean apartment great location . Lots of good place’s to visit.apartment well equipped and comfortable. Would visit again"
AG (August 2022): 4.7 STARS "Excellent location. Harbour Station View is in a prime location with a lovely view of the harbour. Ideal to walk out to go crabbing, explore the shops and visit the local artisan bakery (Big Rock Cafe). Our favourite beaches at Borth y gest are a 10 minute walk away along the coastal path from the flat. There is a free car park across from the flat and we had no trouble parking. We would definitely recommend."
RK (July 2022): 4.8 STARS "Lovely place, lovely weather. Had 4 nights, 3 with grand daughters who loved crabbing each night at doorstep almost and our trips to Aberdaron and Nefyn, best beaches there are. Thank you"
ER (May 2022): 4.8 STARS "Only one complaint. We were delighted when we arrived at the stunning views of the harbour the apartment was very well equipped and spotless. We booked for 7 nights and have only one complaint the noise of people walking on the floor above the first Sunday to Friday. We’re ok but Friday night a couple moved in and they seemed to be walking up and down and sounded as if they were moving furniture this went on until 2.30 a.m. I did approach them the next day and asked them to be less noisy the next night as we had a long journey ahead and we were leaving at 7 a.m. They were quiet about 1l p.m. So that was good, but it is a big disadvantage to the apartment because you can hear guests walking above it definitely needs soundproofing!! Otherwise a great apartment!"
JG (April 2022): Excellent "Quiet yet central. The apartment was the ideal basis for our holiday. We had a lovely time as a family exploring the region's beaches, castles and hills. Nice and quiet at night, an easy walk to pubs and chippy. Thanks!"
Mr V (March 2022): Excellent "Excellent situation ideal for the Welsh Highland Railway. Flat was good and clean with everything you might need."
Mrs L (September 2021): Good "The location of the property is great, internal decor could do with updating but there is everything you need in the property" Feedback passed on the Property Owner for their consideration.
J (September 2020): ' ... everywhere was very clean and organised for my arrival'
V (August 2020): "We just got back home after a lovely time at Harbour View. Thanks for your help and the detailed information. Despite these unusual times things worked out well for us. The situation was good and the public steps at the side of the property didn't lead to any noise or disturbance and the view of the harbour and the closeness of the facilities in town were good. We appreciated the washing up liquid and some cleaning materials, along with the tea, sugar and coffee and toilet rolls.
Please pass our thanks to the owners and your cleaning staff."
C & K (Oct 2019): "Really enjoyed gazing out of the window watching families crabbing and fellow dog walkers going by. The Australia on teh High St is fine for a quick pub meal and serves Snowdonia Ale from the Purple Moose Brewery - an overall CAMRA winner in 2012. The Indian takeaway further down the High St is good value. For dog walkers, the walk to Borth y Gest and on to Black Rock sands is, on a sunny day, surely one of the best anywhere. It rained on our second day but the castle at Criccieth is free if you are English Heritage members and offers wonderful views. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
S, J, T&P (Sept 2019) : "Spinning but all in all a lovely flat with everything you need. It's like a home from home. Thank you. Would definitely visit again!"
S & R (August 2019) : "Lovely flat, great location- very comfortable. Fantastic view. Will definitely come back!"
M & C (August 2019) :"Amazing views and close to all amenities. Port Merlin a very close drive away. Recommend the fish n chips around the corner (amazing). Many epic beaches a short walk away. (Morfa Bychan). Black rock sands - Wow! With regards to the flat, spotless everywhere, very clean and tidy. Will definitely return!"
Mrs R (August 2019): Good "Great apartment fantastic harbour views; clean and tidy would definitely recommend this property."
Mrs E (August 2019): Excellent "Very nice accommodation. Very comfortable. Well situated with pleasant views."
Mr F (August 2019): Good "Lovely cosy apartment. Ideally situated. Lack of privacy in bathroom and little outdated otherwise would of got 5*"
N & W (Late July) :"Great location and accommodation. Particularly enjoyed the late train to Blaenau Ffestiniog 'Italian Night'. The Ty Coch and coastal walks at Morfa Nefyn. The sea heated by warm sand on hot days. The trip to Conwy and Beddgelert and Betws Y Coed. And last but not least the decking area with fantastic views and a great place to sit and drink on hot days."

The location is fine, The general condition of the property and furnishings are very tired and needs a total overhaul. When we opened the from door on arrival , the damp / old smell was overwhelming . We kept the front windows open 24/7 all week , and the bedroom windows open when we could, but were restricted by the noise of rain water dripping on the plastic flat roof below. and also the below flats boiler flu ,which is below the main bedroom window and the smell of fumes was a concern. The hot water system , created a high pitch sound after showering that must be heard throughout the whole building .. At the point of our booking , The flat had access to an outside table area . It was not made clear that the area not our exclusive use. It is access to the other flats and overlooked by all and sundry . We did not use this area at all. Nice location, but in our opinion , the flat needs a complete re decoration and furniture make over . The kitchen was fine and well appointed , The shower room was fine and clean . The bedrooms were fine and linen clean. The flat was fine as a base and had everything we needed . We will leave the decision to you, if you want to publish our critique , but we feel strongly the owners need to review this flat. Ray and Kerry Hudson
