2 BEDROOMS: 1 Double bedroom and 1 Bedroom with 2 Single beds. Linen included but please bring your own towels and tea towels. Note that in the event of s fire in the kitchen/diner/lounge, then the occupants of the twin bedroom could become isolated from the occupants of the double bedroom, and may have to escape unaided via the lounge, balcony and ship type ladder.
BATHROOM: Bath with electric shower over the bath and WC.
KITCHEN: Electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
LOUNGE/DINER: NEW Smart TV & DVD. Superb views of the harbour
BALCONY: Sunny balcony with furniture. The ship type ladder from the balcony should only be used in an emergency - such as a fire and the normal exit route not being available.
PARKING: Allocated parking for 1 car outside the apartment.
HEATING: Night storage heaters and electric heaters.
ELECTRICITY: Included. Charging of Electric Vehicles is Prohibited due to the risk of fire and electrocution.

The rule for November to before Easter Holidays (not including Christmas holiday dates or February half term dates): This property will allow guests to choose any 2+ nights that start and end on any day of the week.

"The apartment was located close to shops and amenities with spectacular views. It was incredibly quiet. We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 children, aged 12) and the place was just about the right size and was comfortable for a short stay. We loved being able to see the steam trains come and go. The views from the balcony of the flat really were stunning and it felt so peaceful considering its location so close to the town. I would happily recommend the flat for its views and location. It's great for families with one or two younger children but may be too small for families with teens."DR (May 2023): 4.7 STARS "Excellent location. This is the second year that we have stayed here ,again the weather was fantastic, the location is peaceful but there are lots to see (sea birds ,fish etc) and shops are nearby. Again we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the location. Since we visited last year (June 2022) there have been some improvements to the apartment. New interior doors have been fitted and a new external door. The balcony decking has been replaced, and there are some new pictures on the walls ,along with a blackout blind in the main bedroom and new curtains in both bedrooms. We love the location and this is the second lovely holiday that we have had"

This flat is a great base for these activities, especially as we enjoy visiting the Ffestiniog railway, and the local seaside, as well the occasional mountain walk when the weather permits. The views over the estuary are stunning, and constantly changing with the tide. We enjoy recording the different birds every year, and occasionally see some rarer species, which is great fun. Sitting out on the balcony just watching the tide is very relaxing! This flat is compact, but provides the necessary amenities for a week's vacation. Recommended"

This is a first floor flat. As access to the property is via an external stairway, it is not suitable for those requiring easy access.

We enjoyed a rather wet week in North Wales this year. We enjoy this flat as its location is superb, overlooking the constantly changing estuary. Ffestiniog railway is always fun, even though the benefits for life members have been annoyingly reduced unilaterally. Weather could have been better this year, but a visit to Bodnant Gardens was memorable.
The flat is compact but provides all the necessary facilities, and is comfortable. Recommended.
