Conveniently positioned for walking into Porthmadog, Borth y Gest, and Black Rock Sands. It is only a short drive to Portmeirion village, Criccieth and Beddgelert. An excellent location to explore the mountains, coast and visitor attractions that will make an unforgettable and exceptional holiday whatever the weather.
2 BEDROOM: 1 Double bedroom, 1 Twin bedroom with small single beds (The width of the bed is 2.49 inches / 76cm which is small and the length of the beds are 190cm / 6.2 feet). Bed linen and towels supplied.
SHOWER ROOM/WC: Electric power shower over bath and heated towel rail. Fitted furniture with built in basin and toilet. Please note the bath takes a long time (approx 25 mins) to fill due to water pressure issues.
KITCHEN: Modern fitted kitchen with electric hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
LOUNGE/DINER: Smart TV and views of the harbour. No DVD player.
EXTRAS: Washer Dryer.
PARKING: 1 reserved car space at rear of apartment. It is a long car park space but there are pillars either side of the space with a gap of 2.21 Meters.

ELECTRICITY: Included. PLEASE NOTE that electricity is included only for the facilities provided at the property. CHARGING ELECTRIC CARS is PROHIBITED for fire and electrocution safety reasons. Closest charging point is at Porthmadog Tesco car park.

This apartment is on the 1st floor level. To gain access guests must walk up external staircase to reach the front door on the 1st floor level. Once inside there are no other steps.
This apartment might not suite guests which are less abled due to the external staircase and that the bathroom has a shower over the bath without any grip handles.
