Guest Feedback: We don't have many as we only let it out as a whole house for 4 weeks a year but here are some comments from our visitors book from guests who have stayed. We have more comments on the individual property pages (see ref. 1080 and 1081)
GC (June 2023): 5 STARS "Amazing place to stay. The accommodation was excellent and having the two flats ideal for our family. Daughters, partners and baby upstairs and we were downstairs with mum. Gwen is an amazing host. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The garden is lovely and great seeing the trains go past each day. We will definitely return."
BB (August 2022): 4.8 STARS "Prime Located Apartments ideal for 2 families or larger groups. We rented these 2 apartments as we were holidaying with our family members and it was ideal as the two apartments are inter connected if you want or completely self contained should you wish. both apartments are well equipped and fully furnished to a high standard. Each flat comprises of 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. the downstairs flat has also an en-suite to the double bedroom. both apartments have lovely outlook at the back to the steam trains that pass the end of the garden and there are outside seating in the garden. the upstairs flat has a magnificent balcony over looking the garden which has a table and chairs where you can eat out or enjoy a nice coffee watching the scenery. both of our families very much enjoyed the accommodation and the location to the local facilities i.e restaurants,, shops and takeaways. the flats were very quiet at night considering there position close to the high street and filling station. We would definitely recommend these apartments and consider re-visiting in the future. Gwen the owner was extremely friendly and helpful to any queries or advice we needed."
