Take it easy at this tranquil cottage right next to the Glaslyn River in the mountain village of Beddgelert, a peaceful location to either relax on the patio area right next to the river or as a base as you explore the Snowdonia National Park. This mid terraced cottage has one double bedroom on the 1st floor with views looking down at the Glaslyn River below and with mountain views of Mynydd Sygyn and Moel y Dyniewyd mountains. This cottage is great for romantic getaways and is also within walking distances to the centre of Beddgelert which you can find pubs, cafes and a little convenience store. From this cottage you can walk across the footbridge to the Fisherman's path following the River Glaslyn to the more challenging ascents of mountains Moel Hebog, Yr Aran and Snowdon. Sandy beaches can be found a short 9 mls drive away at Black Rock Sands and the waterfalls and pools by the Snowdon Watkin Path at Nant Gwynant (3 mls) are ideal in the summer months for cooling off. Porthmadog (7 mls) is on the coast with beaches easily accessible, a golf course near by at Morfa Bychan and plenty of shops, supermarkets and attractions. Betws y Coed (15 mls) is ideal for mountain biking, walking and outdoor equipment retailers.

Parking is available on a well lit street directly outside the cottage. The cottage entrance has a small step, the front door to the cottage leads directly into a small hallway. The doors into and within the cottage are all approximately 680 millimetres wide.

The main living area is open plan and incorporates the kitchen and lounge with the kitchen electrical sockets at worktop level and all other sockets sited approximately 230 millimetres from the floor.

All light sockets are sited at approximately 1500 millimetres. The cottage is well lit with many wall lights and bedside lamps are provided. The colour television, VCR and DVD have remote controls. The second floor, which accommodates the bedroom and shower room/ toilet, is accessed via a wide 13 step stairway with a bannister. The shower has a 250 millimetre access lip.

The riverside patio with table and chairs is accessed via the back door down 8 steps with a rope handrail to assist.
