Visitor Comments:
Mrs N (October 2021):
Good "Ample room in bedrooms Great location for both Porthmadog and Borth y Gest plus easy drive to lots of other locations. Views over the harbour, steam railway and mountains from living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and small walled garden. Plenty of space in house with large dining table."
Mrs D (September 2021): Excellent "I just wanted to get in touch to say what a lovely holiday we had last month in Porthmadog. We stayed at Harbour Lookout. The property has amazing views and is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone at STS for making the booking process and everything else so straightforward." & "The property has wonderful views and is conveniently sited above the harbour and only a few minutes walk to the High Street. It is extremely well equipped and we found it very comfortable."
Mrs S (September 2021): Excellent "Lovely location and nice property. Had a lovely few days."
Ms M (July 2021): Excellent "It was a lovely property with amazing views from the patio outside the dining area. All the bedrooms were a reasonable size and 3 toilets for our group was great. The showers worked really well. The kitchen equipment was all working fine with plenty of plates, cups glasses etc. Parking outside varied, sometimes we could park right outside but even if we couldn't we could park reasonably close on the same road. The steps down to the harbour are steep (gets you fit) but there is longer easier way round if you don't like steps."
Mr H (July 2021): Good "Suburb location with lovely views across the harbour and railway etc.
Comfortable beds and on the whole well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery etc.
Although no parking always managed to park quite close in the road. Lots of lovely walks from the properly."

Mrs K (June 2021):Good "Very pleasant holiday property. Brilliant views and good location. Kitchen well equipped. Nicely furnished sitting room and very clean throughout. We had a very enjoyable holiday there. However; Second bedroom on 1 st floor a bit small for a double, Door on shower room would not close securely." 4/7/21: The shower room door will be inspected on Monday and hopefully rectified then.
Mr L (October 2020): Excellent "The location of this property was stunning. The bedrooms were fine, the lounge very good, the games room ok, the dining room good and rhe kitchen very well equipped. We bring our own coffee making kit, so, some people might miss the ability to have a proper brew. Bathrooms could have been better, but we endured the tiny shower!overall, very good we enjoyed it!"
Mrs S (October 2020): Good "Great property, very clean, good location and fabulous views. Stylish decor and very well supplied - apart from the lack of a DVD player."
The B Family (Aug 2020): Good "Fantastic location overlooking the harbour. Could see boats and tide coming in and out. Also across to the steam railway and mountains beyond. Great location for exploring North Wales. Property has all modern conveniences. Comfortable and clean."
Mr P. (Jan 2020) : Excellent "Nice house close to harbour and town! Easy access to Snowdonia."

Mrs J (Oct 2019): Excellent We had a long weekend in this property, the view from lounge/bedroom windows is absolutely stunning. The house is comfortable, warm and well equipped. Location is great for the town and Ffestiniog railway which was the main reason for our visit that weekend- just perfect. Just beware for anyone with reduced mobility, the location does mean lots of steps, but this is mentioned in the description and is worth the climb!"
S, A, J, W & Bruce the dog. (Oct 2019): What a fabulous house, well equipped, great views, brilliant position for a weekend of Ffestiniog trains. We'd love to come back!"
