The Oakley Wharf apartments are a small, select development in a quiet location by the historic quayside and just a short level walk from the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway station and the shops, restaurants etc on the high street. An interesting 10 minute walk along a footpath arrives at Borth y Gest beach with Black Rock Sands and Criccieth beaches a little further for those who like a healthy walk. Portmeirion, Harlech castle and Beddgelert village are also within 20 minutes by car.

LOUNGE AREA: Double settee and two comfortable armchairs to soak in the the views, Freesat TV and DAB/FM digital radio. Full length patio doors with peaceful harbour, sea and mountain views.

PATIO AREA: From the Living Room you have open plan patio area and lower down shared grass section next to the water.

PARKING: Allocated parking for 1 car.

HEATING: Electric heating throughout.
ELECTRICITY included. Charging of Electric Vehicles is PROHIBITED due to electrocution and fire safety reasons.
WiFi: Yes. Fibre to the Door.
PETS: No.

Mini-breaks is a 2-6 night booking OR a 7+ days booking which does not start & finishes on a Saturday:
Mini-break rule within the Holiday Season: mini-breaks can be book if the start date of the holiday is within 60 days.
Mini-break rule outside the Holiday Season: mini-breaks are allowed at any time.

IA (October 2023): 4.5 STARS "In spite of a mixed week of changeable Autumn weather, every day was a joy at Harbour Escape. With a mix of steam trains, tides, mountains and wildfowl to observe from the apartment window we found it difficult to find a reason to go out. The facilities were clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed - with one exception! After a week of struggling with the TV satellite system, we still only achieved a couple of channels which cut out every so often. We did however come away more rested having watched less TV!" Thanks for the Feedback. There was a problem with one of the TV transmitters which affected this part of Gwynedd. This has now been resolved.
