Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 14 days before the starting date of the holiday.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. A 3 bedroom bungalow, refurbished to a high standard in pleasant gardens, which should meet most needs.
There is ample parking for up to 4 cars. There is one step at the front door into the porch and one step into the hallway.
The hall, lounge, kitchen and two of the bedrooms are all on one level with doors of a standard width. There is a step leading to the sun-lounge, third bedroom, with bunk beds, and additional toilet.
All power points are above at skirting board level except the kitchen points which are above then work surfaces.
There is one step from the back door in the sun-lounge to the patio and garden. Garden furniture is provided.
The TV in the lounge has a remote control and teletext. There is also an electric fire and a combined radio/tape and CD player plus Freeview Television, DVD, VCR and PS1.
