A prestigious family home located near Newborough Warren nature reserve, ideal for families seeking peace and quiet in countryside surroundings with nature on the doorstep. Carefully prepared to high standard this 200 year old farmhouse offers comfortable accommodation in a superb location near the village of Newborough, just over the Menai Straits to the Snowdonia Mountains. There are grand panoramic views of the Snowdonia mountains from the master bedroom and sunroom. A walk from the doorstep enters the Newborough Warren Nature Reserve to 12 square miles of sand dunes, forest and lakes, beach and Llanddwyn Island the mystical site of our ancient forefathers, now a haven and sanctuary for wild birds and animals. This original farmhouse with thick stone walls and vaulted ceilings is surrounded by three acres of grounds which are mainly laid to lawn - shared with ref. 6080 although there are private areas for the sole use of the farmhouse. Easy access to a beautiful sandy beach by car (5 minutes), Marram Grass restaurant (300 meters away!) Anglesey Riding Centre (3 miles), Sea Zoo, Bird World, Miniature Village and Butterfly Palace as well as RSPB Reserve Holy Island, Beaumaris Castle and town and to the south is the natural panoramic fresco of the Snowdonia mountains for the more energetic seeking the challenge of a climb or two.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 21 days before the starting date of the holiday.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. The End Cottage was renovated as a self-catering cottage to provide a high standard of accommodation. It is situated south west of Anglesey near Newborough Warren. The property is accessed by a minor road leading off from the A4080. The drive way is accessed through two 10' field gates and has ample parking spaces. The front of the cottage is laid with slate. The front door width is 840mm through a tiled porch. A small step (20mm) leads into the large kitchen. Electric sockets are at work top level. Light switches are approximately 1200mm from the floor level. Kitchen to the sunroom (door 840mm) has a small step (20mm). All ground level floors are tiled. Kitchen door to the lounge is 760mm wide. Lounge has 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, TV. Downstairs shower room is walk-in with door width 760mm. Downstairs single bedroom door width 760mm and bedside lamp with switch on cable. Main light switch 1200mm from floor level. Open stairs from lounge to first floor. Carpet on stairs. Upstairs floors wood. Single bedroom shares downstairs shower room, both single bedrooms are identical. Master bedroom door 760mm wide. King size bed which can be twin beds. Bed side cabinets with light. En suite door 760mm, bath with over head drencher shower. Access to the rear garden from the sun room down a step, side door (650mm). Chairs and table with ample seating area for relaxing.
