2 BEDROOMS: 1 Kingsize bedroom with TV leading through to a 2nd bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds (may not suit a group of 4 adults due to second bedroom accessed through the master). Bedrooms and Bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are slightly steeper than normal, may not suit less abled.

Mini-break rules: A mini-break is a holiday for less than 7 days and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. Out of season (November to end of March), this property will accept mini-breaks 56 days before the start date of the holiday, and no mini-breaks during the season (April to end of October)

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Bron Cottage was renovated in 2007. You approach the cottage from a minor road which leads off the A4080, there is a small drive way up to the cottage with excellent access including two 10' field gates across the driveway and front access to the cottage which is laid with slate (loose). Plenty of space for parking.
Front door is lit with an automatic sensor light. Door width is 840mm. Ground floor is on 1 level with no steps. Lounge contains 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, colour TV and wood floor. Light switches are approximately 1400mm from floor level with plenty of lighting throughout. Kitchen has plenty of work surface and electric sockets at worktop level. One flight of stairs, slightly steeper than normal (may not suit less abled) with hand rail which leads to the open plan master bedroom containing wood floor and well lit en suite consisting of toilet basin and bath with overhead drencher shower and wood floor. Access to the second bedroom (bunks) is through the master bedroom. This may not suit a group of 4 adults. Rear garden with patio area. Access from the kitchen and lounge. Sitting area and table.
