Guest Comments:
L, N & L. (Oct 2019): "
We have spent a week of total bliss up here and are fully recharged. Such wonderful views and a beautiful renovated cottage with everything you need. The fire was lovely on the one very wet day we had. We particularly enjoyed the walk out the back to Llyn y Manod and sat for ages up high with our flask of hot choc and brandy looking at the scenery. Our 2 dogs loved it too and as always were well behaved and did not bother the sheep. I recommend fish and chips from Porthmadog and eating them on Black Rock Sands followed by an ice cream! (Just mind the dogs with all the huge jellyfish!) Thank you for having us. X"

J & S April 2019: "Really enjoyed our stay here despite being holed up inside while storm Hannah came through?Afterwards peace and birds all around."

M,R, April 2019: "Cute little lambs everywhere the eye takes you, how adorable. We had a lot of fun discovering the area. Many thanks for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful historic farmhouse and location."

Miss G (October, 2018): Excellent  "Beautiful cottage in an amazing location. Good heating system too. Would definitely recommend.

The W Family (August, 2018): "An amazing place. I'm sure in better weather there would be spectacular views - we've had glimpses of them but the low cloud has been ever present! Good walks on Harlech beach, lovely drive over to Betws-y-Coed and spectacular mountains. Thank you for a lovely stay."

M, B, M, L & M (July, 2018): "A truly beautiful location. We enjoyed the lovely views and walks when we had sunshine. The walk up was really worth it. My children loved the sofa chair so much, my husband loved the fire place and I enjoyed the views from the window; there was always something for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful cottage."
Ms B (May, 2018): Excellent  "The property we stayed in and the location was just fantastic. Waking up to gorgeous views all around, having a log burning fire in the evening and the properties were well equipped. We loved our stay here and would go back. The only slight downfall was the off road track that we had to drive our cars up to get to it."
Mr & Mrs P (Sep, 2017): "A wonderful visit - excellent property!"

M, E & C (Sep, 2017): "Thank you for the warm welcome and the opportunity to visit Cae Canol Farmhouse. The walk up was well wirth it and the property is amazing."

The G Family (Sep, 2017): "What a wonderful break! The farmhouse has been a wonderful historic treat - reading about the history of the house story, just fantastic. We enjoyed shutting every gate as we were in such a tranquil & secluded area. The sunrise & sunsets have been magical - not to mention the natural front and back garden! Fabulous local walks both from farmhouse and Ffestiniog too... We've enjoyed our cosy eveings too. Loved the timbers, wood and entertained ourselves mulling at each notch & peg! Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing this wonderful home of yours!"

The E Family (Aug, 2017): "We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful farmhouse. We loved the remoteness and having our own 'montian'. We took some great trips to Porthmadog, Zip World, Portmeirion and Snowdonia. Thanks again, this is a beautiful place to stay and get away from it all."

Visit Wales Comments (October, 2016):
"Set in a very rural location one of three traditional properties where guests are advised that owing to the approach road a 4x4 vehicle for access might be prudent at certain times of the year. The properties have benefitted from the works by the owner."
