Mini-break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 49 days before the holiday start date between Easter and October Half Term. Outside of this time minibreaks are bookable with no contrictions.

The cottage itself was small, and perfect for the two of us and one large dog - it was clean, simple, and had everything we needed. We had a marvellous stay and hope to get back there again. If you want peace, quiet and fresh air, it is unbeatable."

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
