The little Triangle Cottage boasts a superb mountain top location in the beautiful countryside above Llandecwyn, between the seaside village of Harlech (6ml) and the harbour town of Porthmadog (6ml). This 18th century farmhouse and its attached cottage is remote! It will please country lovers who enjoy being surrounded by mountains away from it all and who want to walk the hills and mountains from the doorstep. Mountain bikers are welcome to enjoy the terrain and there is storage for bikes on site. There are awsome views from the living room window and the garden of Snowdonia mountains, the estuary to Portmeirion village and across the sea to the Llyn Peninsula and Bardsey Island. The cottage is attached to a remote hilltop 18th century farmhouse. There is an inter-connecting door which is locked on both sides. Ideal location to explore the mountains and countryside, buy fresh eggs from 10yr old Gwion, and a picnic by a peaceful lily pad lakes, all in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Enjoy memorable sunsets from this elevated situation! Flora and fauna galore with nearby lakes to fish and sandy beaches at Harlech and Porthmadog. Nearest village, inn and shop is just under 4 miles along a narrow country lane. Just 1 mile from the cottage is the new 8 mile Trawsfynydd Lake mountain bike cycle path! Also just 11.3 miles to ZipWorld - home to the largest zip zone in Europe, Europe's only 4 person zip line and the as-seen-on-TV Bounce Below!

Mini-break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 49 days before the holiday start date between Easter and October Half Term. Outside of this time minibreaks are bookable with no contrictions.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
