Approach is from a minor tarmac surfaced road to a parking area abutting the property's front wall sufficient for one car. There is a concrete path with two steps highlighted with white painted strips leading down from a gate to the front entrance door. A separate access is available to the rear of the building, also leading from the parking area, it has a step and concrete ramp with a gate at the bottom of the slope which then leads on to an external doorway at the gable end that provides entry to the rear of the property - the surface changes here for approx. 3 metres to slate slabs which may present a slip hazard when wet. There is an automatic sensor light for the front door pathway.
There is a short step down inside the hall entrance which is level with the adjacent parlour. This is all on the ground floor, level throughout, with two doorways to the parlour of width approx. 630mm and 670mm respectively and with low headroom to the door openings being about 168mm high each.

Entry to the showeroom is from the kitchen via two doors of 550mm width and 194mm height. The shaving mirror is illuminated by a touch sensor and the shaving outlet is under the mirror on the right hand side.
The two bedrooms open off a small landing area. Lighting is good, with bedside lights, and centre lights. Light switches are at approx. 1300mm height, with electric sockets at 200mm.
