A separate access is available to the rear of the building, also leading from the parking area, it has a step and concrete ramp with a gate at the bottom of the slope which then leads on to an external doorway at the gable end that provides entry to the rear of the property - the surface changes here for approx. 3 metres to slate slabs which may present a slip hazard when wet.
