We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This two storey stone cottage was renovated in recent years to provide a good standard accommodation in pleasant surroundings, which should meet most needs.
A well lit parking area with one step down to the front door.
Ground floor consists of a living room with a large TV, freeview, two large comfy sofas and a multi burnming stove. Kitchen provides oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven and a washer dryer, all electrical sockets are at worktop level. From the kitchen leads to a small porch way leading to a patio area where an outdoor table and chairs are provided. #From the living room, stairs lead to the two bedrooms and shower room, bedroom one consists of a king size bed with bedside lights. Bedroom two consists of two single beds and a pull out bed and a foldable travel cot, TV with DVD player and bedside light. Shower room has a shower and WC and a hand wash basin and an electric towel rail.
