Explore the Roman steps, rock pools in the river Artro, collect shells from Shell Island (1 mile) or just relax in the local with a roaring fire with local ales. Barmouth (7 miles), Porthmadog (13 miles), Snowdon mountain (20 miles).

Mini-break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 7 days before the starting date of the holiday. However, Christmas and New Year week can be booked within 56 days of the holiday.
We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. From the ample car park area there is one step up of 13cm to the level of the Front Garden. There is a walk of 10m on concrete to the gated Front Garden. Then there is 8m walking over grass with 9 stone slaps for you to walk on until you reach 3 concert steps up to the level of Property. The 1st step is 24cm, 2nd step is 27cm and 3rd step is 29cm, there is no hand rail. Then it is 8.8m on concert to entrance of the 'Roofed Back Patio' area. There is a small steps up of 3cm and then 9cm to step through the door way, this door is 68cm wide with the height of 1.92m. Then it is 8.8m to walk through this area to the Front Door of the Property. There is one tiny steps of 3cm before you get to the front door entrance, then the step through the doorway entrance is 6cm high. The Front Door is 64cm wide with the height of 1.92m.
The Entrance Hall has wooden floors with a rug, there is no steps to the Double Room to your right, Shower Room to your left and the Lounge stright ahead. The Shower Room door is 64cm wide with the height of 1.92m. There is a step up into the shower itself of 23cm and the widith/gap through the two glass shower doors of 54cm. The Double Bedroom door is 70cm wide with a height of 1.93m. The gap between the wall with the rediator and the side of the bed is 34cm wide and the gap between the wall with the window and the side of the bed is 45cm wide. The door into the Lounge from the Entrance Hall is 64cm wide with the height of 1.93m. The lounge has wooden floors with a big rug. There is no step from Lounge to 2nd Doudble Bedroom to your right and no step to the Kitchen to your left. The door way to the 2nd Double Bedroom is 79cm wide with a height of 1.93m, there are generous gap between the walls and the side of the bed. The door way from Lounge into the Kitchen is 73cm wide with a height of 1.97m. There is no step from the Kitchen into the Bunk Beded Bedroom, the door of the Bunk Beded Bedroom is 70cm wide with the height of 1.91m. The bunk beds are 93cm accross by 1.94 metrs long. The gap between the bottom maters to the top bunk is 51cm.
For the Very Less Able:
You can walk out of the big wooden gates back to the road and come through the little wooden gate to the far right and go up the small slope up to the pavement level. With permission from the Owner of the property you can instead of walking through the Front Garden can go up another slop to the same level as the property. There is a hand rail up this slop on the left. Then there is flat concert floor of 16m long to the top of the 3 steps down to the Front Garden. There is a big wooden gate here with another small slop and then a tiny step up of 3cm. Then 8m disctance on flat concert pathway to the entrance of the Roofed Back Patio area.
