Nestling under the stunning castle, this cosy detached cottage welcomes you to the historic town of Harlech. The cottage has been newly redecorated throughout and sits in the quiet 'Woodlands Park'. Ideally located for a walk to the long sandy beach where you can see the Lleyn Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty, stretching out to Sea. This is an ideal opportunity to explore this quieter part of the hills and mountains of the Snowdonia National Park. There are walks to waterfalls, the Roman steps and Drovers walks over the mountains nearby. Explore the Medieval Castle which boasts amazing views. Harlech is also home to the famous St. David's golf course. There are plenty of little shops nearby, comprising of nice selection of restaurants and bistros, antique shops and gifts shops. The Cambrian Coast Railway is a scenic trip around the coastline. The cottage is in a good central location for Barmouth (9 mls), the famous Portmeirion village (7 mls), steam trains at Porthmadog (9 mls). Access to this single storey cottage is via 8 easy rise steps and 30m from the car park. 'Woodlands Park' includes 22 privately owned homes & 18 touring caravans.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 21 days before the starting date of the holiday.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement

Parking is located near the entrance of the cottage which can be accessed via a 10 yard flagged path and 6 easy rise flagged steps.  The cottage is all on one level with no steps inside however please be advised that the single beds are placed near the wall in the bedroom.
