Excellent cycle routes and footpaths. Our favourite is the Mawddach trail crossing over the iconic Barmouth rail bridge to the George III for a spot of liquid lunch or a drive to Cregennan Lakes and Cader Idris. Visit Harlech castle, Porthmadog steam trains and Portmeirion Italianate village all within 20 miles, or historic Dolgellau town and Torrent Falls only 10 miles away. Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location with beautiful views.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Living room and bedroom with Jack and Jill shower room on this level. 6 steps down to the second bedroom with super king or twin beds and ensuite bathroom. Emergency exit to the rear via spiral staircase. No disabled aid for emergency exit.
