The ground and first floor have been delightfully and tastefully restored by the owners, who themselves use this as their cherished holiday home. They have kept some of the period features including Minton hall tiles, staircase with balustrades, corbels and coving but adding modern features.
The property offers 4 spacious bedrooms - 1 with a stylish en-suite on the ground floor and two family bathrooms. Barmouth is an unspoilt treasure, at the mouth of the stunning Mawddach estuary, with it's dramatic mountain scenery on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Take your pick from places to eat, from fine dining to award-winning fish and chips on the promenade - Barmouth offers it all. Also, lose yourself in the many shops Barmouth has to offer or go for the mountains and stretch your legs in the Welsh fresh air. Around the corner (10 miles) is Harlech with its 13th century castle, Porthmadog and Portmeirion Italianate village are 20 miles and the historic town Dolgellau is only 10 miles. The beach is just a stone's throw away, which will be the reason you will return time and time again.
4 BEDROOMS: 1 Kingsize on ground floor with en-suite bath & shower head, WC & hand wash basin & sea views, 1 twin (or Superking) on ground floor with a hand wash basin & cot, 1 Kingsize bedroom on 1st floor, 1 Double & Single cabin bed (suitable for children and adults) on first floor. Bed linen & towels provided. Please note, if the single cabin bed is required you will need to bring your own linen or you can hire from the owner.

PARKING: Street parking outside house. May get busy during school holidays, however there is plenty of parking in nearby pay and display car parks.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Friday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 21 days between Easter and October half term. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
