On your doorstep you have a choice of beaches including Porth Colmon & Penllech beach (1 mile), Porth Oer (Whistling Sands) 3 miles, Porth Iago (2 miles), Porth Ysgaden (3.5 miles), Morfa Nefyn/Porthdinllaen (7 miles), Aberdaron (6 miles) to name just a few. This old farmhouse offers guests a fantastic opportunity to stay on a working farm. Nearest shop is in Tudweiliog (3 miles) along with the Lion Inn which also serves food. Aberdaron (6 miles), a beautiful fishing village with its large beach, cafe, 2 pubs, a convenient store and history bursting at the seams. A personal favourite is a trip to the Ty Coch Inn, Porthdinllaen (8 miles) - voted in the 'Top 10 Beach Bars in the World', serving great food in the day and a relaxed atmosphere at night.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
