On your doorstep you have a choice of beaches including Porth Colmon & Penllech beach (1 mile), Porth Oer (Whistling Sands) 3 miles, Porth Iago (2 miles), Porth Ysgaden (3.5 miles),  Morfa Nefyn/Porthdinllaen (7 miles), Aberdaron (6 miles) to name just a few. This extremely comfortable house offers 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor with a third super kingsize bedroom on the first floor with its own shower room. With its quiet location and large outside area this property is ideal for a family or group wanting to get away from it all and eat al fresco on warm summer evenings whilst sipping on wine as the sun sets. Nearest shop is in Tudweiliog (3 miles) along with the Lion Inn which also serves food. Aberdaron (6 miles), a beautiful fishing village with its large beach, cafe, 2 pubs, a convenient store and history bursting at the seams. A personal favourite is a trip to the Ty Coch Inn, Porthdinllaen (8 miles) - voted in the 'Top 10 Beach Bars in the World', serving great food in the day and a relaxed atmosphere at night.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement

The two story detached house has a gated enclosed front garden and parking area with tarmaced parking area. Access  to the front door from the parking area is via 3 steps of about 20cm height.

Access to the back door door is sloping path. There is a 4" narrow stop and a 4" rain guard. The door opens to a width of 75 cm easily and a bit wider with a push.

2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge,kitchen diner and utility room are on the same level. All doors are standard width,l hard flooring through except lounge and bedrooms.

Narrow staircase 79cm wide with 3 triangular steps ont eh bottom to the first floor bedroom and shower room. Restricted height on landing of 5' 10" ish.

Narrow access to shower cubicle 46cm entry.
