If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. The two story detached house has a gated enclosed front garden and parking area with tarmaced parking area. Access to the front door from the parking area is via 3 steps of about 20cm height.
Access to the back door door is sloping path. There is a 4" narrow stop and a 4" rain guard. The door opens to a width of 75 cm easily and a bit wider with a push.
2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge,kitchen diner and utility room are on the same level. All doors are standard width,l hard flooring through except lounge and bedrooms.
Narrow staircase 79cm wide with 3 triangular steps ont eh bottom to the first floor bedroom and shower room. Restricted height on landing of 5' 10" ish.
Narrow access to shower cubicle 46cm entry.
