After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This single storey bungalow has a parking area on the level with the front door. 20cm step to the front door. Door width 75cm.
All rooms are on one level, with most doors having a clear opening of at least 740mm. Kicthen door (700mm), Toilet (650mm), Shower room (650mm). Kitchen units restrict access to 500mm.
Most power points are approx. 1000mm above floor. Bedside lights are provided in both bedrooms.
The Shower room does not have grab handles. There is no step in to the shower.
