After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This single storey bungalow has a parking area on the level with the front door. 20cm step to the front door. Door width 75cm.
All rooms are on one level, with most doors having a clear opening of at least 740mm. Kicthen door (700mm), Toilet (650mm), Shower room (650mm). Kitchen units restrict access to 500mm.
Most power points are approx. 1000mm above floor. Bedside lights are provided in both bedrooms.
The Shower room does not have grab handles. There is no step in to the shower.
The sitting room has a colour TV with remote control.
