This pleasant garden annexe is very comfortably furnished with patio doors opening onto a private patio. Situated to the rear of the owner's home, just 100m from the west beach at Cricieth, you are guaranteed a warm welcome and respect to your privacy. The conservatory doubles up as a comfortable lounge and the fully fitted kitchen has most appliances to help make it a proper holiday. One bedroom, WC and shower are on the ground floor and the other bedroom is above the kitchen. Nicely prepared it is situated within walking distance of the High Street (300m), the castle (500m) and the beach (100m). Plenty of shops and eating places in Cricieth, Lloyd George's museum and the small 'Rabbit Farm' attraction is only 2 mls in Llanystumdwy, and just 5 mls away is Porthmadog famous for its steam railway rides, leisure harbour and Black Rock Sands beach nearby. Pwllheli (10 mls) is another seaside town with vibrant market on Wednesdays. This is a friendly and convenient place to start enjoying touring both Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A minibreak is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 21 days before the starting date of the holiday.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
