This superbly situated, detached house is just a minutes' walk from the quiet clean west shore seafront at Cricieth. There are views of the sea and mountains from most rooms and large grounds to the front and rear. Comfortably furnished with spacious rooms it's an excellent location for a family holiday in a small seaside town with plenty of personality. A 700 year old castle perches above the two beaches at Cricieth and there is a good selection of High Street indipendent shops, restaurants, cafes and a children's playground within walking distance. Cricieth is situated only 5 miles from the dramatic mountains of the Snowdonia National Park whilst being on the edge of the rolling green countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula as it stretches towards Bardsey Island. There are beach and coastal walks from the house including one to the Lloyd George Museum and Rabbit Farm (1ml). Take a short trip to the Aberglaslyn pass and Beddgelert (12ml) surronded by tall peaks including Snowdon.  Visit Porthmadog (5ml) for the Ffestiniog Railway steam trains, bathing at Black Rock Sands beach and the lovely Portmeirion village for a chillax to absorb the beautiful architecture and views (7m), a must do is the train ride to Harlech, Barmouth andand then come home to a relaxing evening and barbeque on the patio.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
