An attractive little single storey fisherman's cottage in a superb position on the beach and within walking distance (200m) to the small historical fishing village of Trefor on the dramatic Llyn Peninsula. From the doorstep you can walk along a dramatic coastal path with stunning sea cliffs - a gem of a footpath and one of the Llyn's best kept secrets. This is the place to come to for peace and relaxation surrounded by spectacular coastal views and a dramatic back drop of the Eifl mountians. The village, which has no through traffic, is a short walk away and has a village shop/postoffice & small cafe. In the summer months porpoises, dolphins and seals can be seen along this coastline of outstanding natural beauty. Walk to the Ancient Iron Age fort at the top of the Eifl and walk amoungs 120 stone hut circles that remain in this abandoned walled settlement. A shop and now a bar/restaurant for a relaxing drink, occasional entertainment and meals in Clynnog Fawr (2 mls). The historic town of Caernarfon and market town of Pwllheli (both 10 mls) have a variety of shops, leisure centres, restaurants, inns to choose from. Caernarfon has further remains of a Roman settlement and Caernarfon Castle is a World Heritage site. The mountains of Snowdonia are only a 20 minute scenic coastal drive away to Llanberis where you can choose to walk up or take the steam train to the top. Choose from the beach at the front of the cottage or any other private beaches tucked into the coves along this quieter part of the Llyn Peninsula.

Guest Comments:
Mr M (September 2018):
Excellent "Very relaxing week. Property clean and comfortable with great views."
P family (Aug, 14'): "Beautiful, peaceful place, and the cottage suited our needs. Having a fire at night was a bonus. We saw dolphins, seals, oyster catchers, cormurants and plenty of other wildlife. Lots to see and do and highly recommend the Ship in Edern - bit of a ride, but excellent food and good value for money. Would recommend for anyone wanting peace & quiet."
P, R, L & J (July, '14): "We have explored all the local places. The boys have swam in the harbour every day and Paul did the zip wire at ZipWorld!"
S family (July, '14): "Fantastic weather and scenery - the cottage was lovely. We really enjoyed ourselves and would come back. Shame we had to leave!"
C & R (June, '14): "Had lovely weather, been to a lot of beaches, coming back to Fisherman's Pier each night is special."
D & R (May, '14): "Super location, what a lovely time we had. Littel George, aged 2, loved the rockpools, and beach being so close and watching the comings and goings in the harbour. We had lovely coastal walks, explored the quarry and visited the Oriel gallery - lovely building and interesting history."
P, R, L, J (Aug, '13): "An absolutely lovely week. Cottage is wonderful, compact but everything we needed. Evening spent on the beach rock pooling, paddling and enjoying the views. View from Yr Eifl (Quarry) is fabulous. The welsh heritage centre is a little gem, well worth a look."
