Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 7 days before the starting date of the holiday.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This single storey cottage was renovated in recent years to provide a high standard of accommodation in pleasant surroundings, which should meet most needs.
The property is accessed from a tarmac public car park but up a fairly steep concrete path. On opening the gate there are eight steps graduating across the front patio area to the front door. No room for ramps. All rooms are on one level with doors having a clear opening of approx 740mm.
The sitting room has a colour TV and video and a radio in the bedroom but no phone.
Rear outside patio is accessed via nine steep steps. Outdoor table - chairs are provided on the front patio.
