Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 21 days before the starting date of the holiday.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This single storey wooden built chalet bungalow is situated right on the beach with access directly on to the beach from your front door. There is no passing traffic therefore gives children freedom and is safe. Approach is along a narrow, shingle sandy path which is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. The grounds are enclosed and a gate at the front. There is an elevated rear patio up stone steps.
The kitchen is fitted - a cooker, auto worker, fridge freezer, microwave but with a narrow access from the lounge. Electric sockets are at worktop level. Lightup is good and has a night storage heater.
The three smallish bedrooms have 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 3 twin bedded 2'6. There is overhead lightup and centre lights above the beds with pull switch. Also extra heaters provided if needed. Bathroom has a very adequate instant shower cubicle, W.C. and washbasin, also a fan heater for your comfort.
Lounge has a fire, night storage heater with picture windows and colour television.
This is all on ground level throughout. Doorways are standard width.
There is no parking outside, the chalet car park is about 100m from the chalet.
