A lovely Garden Chalet surrounded by shrubs and hanging baskets from which you will enjoy views of the sea and the island of Anglesey. Comfy seating for up to 3 in the lounge which is light and airy and open plan with a modern kitchen. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens, 5 minutes walk from the the small seaside hamlet of Aberdesach, and only 10 minute walk to the beach. This is a great cycling area with a myriad of country lanes and cycle tracks to explore on 2 wheels or on two legs. Glynllifon Country Park walks (3 mls). Shop and now a bar/restaurant for a relaxing drink, occasional entertainment and meals at Clynnog Fawr (1 ml). The nearest town is historic Caernarfon (6 mls) with its medieval streets within the town walls which hide curiosity shops, cafes, restaurants and now the steam trains of the Welsh Highland Railway starts it's journey from just by the castle. This magnificent castle has a prominent position on the harbour side, from where you can take boat trips along the Menai Strait. For a treat, try air flights over Snowdonia from Caernarfon Airfield (4 mls). Pwllheli is a coastal market town (10 mls), it has a marina, restaurants and craft shops. Snowdon and Llanberis town is 10 miles drive, take a train up to the summit or round the lake. You can see Anglesey from the chalet and it only takes about 30 minutes to get to the bridge to visit places like Beaumaris castle and gaol, South Stack RSPB reserve. Exciting golf courses nearby at Nefyn (Porthdinllaen) and Caernarfon.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will accept mini-breaks at 35 days before the starting date of the holiday.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Parking is on gravel. The chalet is on the ground floor level with concrete pavers to the front door. Then there is a step up into the Chalet, after that there is no more steps. There is a step into the shower of 8 inch and narrow gap between the wall and the side of the bed.
