A lovely Garden Chalet surrounded by shrubs and hanging baskets from which you will enjoy views of the sea and the island of Anglesey. Comfy seating for up to 3 in the lounge which is light and airy and open plan with a modern kitchen. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens, 5 minutes walk from the the small seaside hamlet of Aberdesach, and only 10 minute walk to the beach. This is a great cycling area with a myriad of country lanes and cycle tracks to explore on 2 wheels or on two legs. Glynllifon Country Park walks (3 mls). Shop and now a bar/restaurant for a relaxing drink, occasional entertainment and meals at Clynnog Fawr (1 ml). The nearest town is historic Caernarfon (6 mls) with its medieval streets within the town walls which hide curiosity shops, cafes, restaurants and now the steam trains of the Welsh Highland Railway starts it's journey from just by the castle. This magnificent castle has a prominent position on the harbour side, from where you can take boat trips along the Menai Strait. For a treat, try air flights over Snowdonia from Caernarfon Airfield (4 mls). Pwllheli is a coastal market town (10 mls), it has a marina, restaurants and craft shops. Snowdon and Llanberis town is 10 miles drive, take a train up to the summit or round the lake. You can see Anglesey from the chalet and it only takes about 30 minutes to get to the bridge to visit places like Beaumaris castle and gaol, South Stack RSPB reserve.
