Mr & Mrs B (July, 2018): "The property was amazing and right next to the beach through it's own gate. It was very peaceful and the views from the balcony were outstanding across the bay. The garden was large with many seating areas. Area was quite but only a ten minute walk into town.We have stopped in many, many properties over the years but nothing comes close to this one for location and sheer luxury with a comfortable feeling of home."

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
