Only downside was limited internet, great to get kids off phones but very restrictive for adults who have to carry on working to a degree even on holiday. The garden was large with many seating areas. Area was quite but only a ten minute walk into town.We have stopped in many, many properties over the years but nothing comes close to this one for location and sheer luxury with a comfortable feeling of home."

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access to the ground floor via a upvc door to the hall and stairs or french doors to the kitchen. There is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor level accessed from the kitchen. Flight of stairs to 1st floor with hand rail on left hand side ascending. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. One with bath and one with shower cubicle. Another flight of stairs to the 2nd floor which is the lounge and balcony. Parking on graveled surface to the rear of the property. Shared with the owner who uses the attached property as their holiday home.
