We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. 'Branwen' is a recently refurbished two-storey house.
Access is by a sloping pathway to the front door with a step. The spacious ground floor consists of entrance hall, leading to fitted kitchen, large lounge/diner, incorporating colour television with video remote control and CD/Radio.
The dog leg staircase leading off the lounge is not steep and has full hand rail, this leads to a small landing, two bedrooms and shower room.
All floors are carpeted with full central heating and good lighting throughout.
A slate patio to the rear, with access through a patio door and step down with table and chairs outside.
