A traditional two bedroom detached Welsh stone cottage situated in the heart of Snowdonia and close to the Nantlle Ridge, that boasts spectacular panoramic views of the North Wales Coast, Menai Strait and Anglesey. Superb location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, close to the hamlet of Nebo and the coast. The cottage offers a charming, romantic retreat in a perfect position to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty. This delightful cottage oozes original features - in the lounge there is the original inglenook fireplace with a log burning stove. The owner has gone to town to make this cottage an unforgetable experience. Situated off the beaten track, with the owner's cottage in large grounds, there are countryside views from all of the windows. The village of Penygroes 3 mls has a few village shops, library with internet access, pub and takeaways. Caernarfon has an interesting mix of shops, restaurants within the town walls, there are boat trips from the harbour and a castle to explore. Dinas Dinlle (5 mls) is the local award winning beach with miles of sand, dunes and the earthworks of an Iron Age hill fort. Porthmadog (10 mls), famous for its quay and steam railways and especially for the long stretch of sandy 'Black Rock Sands' beach, onto which you can drive your car and park. Mighty Snowdon looms above just one valley away, 20 mins by car, for an exhilarating walk or a sedate train ride to the summit.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement

The property is accessed through one swing gate that needs to be closed at all times, following use. The driveway is partially dirt track partially paved wheel wells with lawned central reservation. The parking area is of loose slate material, just a few steps away from the front door. The back garden is fenced all the way round.

There is a slate paved pathway along the front of the property leading to the entrance to the cottage. The front door is short of the standard door height, however, of standard width. Immediately upon entering the cottage there are two steps up from a small tiled floor area. The living area, bathroom and one bedroom is all on one floor. The first bedroom door is narrow and short of standard size. From the living area to the kitchen and dining area there is one step down.
