The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.
The property is accessed through one swing gate that needs to be closed at all times, following use. The driveway is partially dirt track partially paved wheel wells with lawned central reservation. The parking area is of loose slate material, just a few steps away from the front door. The back garden is fenced all the way round.
There is a slate paved pathway along the front of the property leading to the entrance to the cottage. The front door is short of the standard door height, however, of standard width. Immediately upon entering the cottage there are two steps up from a small tiled floor area. The living area, bathroom and one bedroom is all on one floor. The first bedroom door is narrow and short of standard size. From the living area to the kitchen and dining area there is one step down.
