The spacious decked area outside this detached cabin over looks the tumbling waters of the river Seiont as it meanders through this quiet privately owned chalet park. Surrounded by woodland this is a fantastic place to be close to nature. Adults and children love it. Within a 10 minute walk there is a small restaurant, shop, take away and open air swimming pool. Glan Gwna park is located near the village of Caeathro, 2ml from the historic town of Caernarfon. This three bedroom chalet is comfortably prepared with leather suite and flat screen TV. Ideal for young families and couples wanting to come and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the prestigious Glan Gwna holiday retreat in Snowdonia. Great place for children to cycle the quiet lanes withing the park and experience some old fashioned freedom. In peak season, live entertainment is available. Close by is Snowdon (6ml) and the lakeside village of Llanberis, where there are plenty of walks, pony trekking at Waunfawr (3ml), steam train rides up Snowdon and through the valleys. Caernarfon is a majestic town with a grand castle and walled town with small shops within. Award winning sandy beach at Dinas Dinlle is also only a short drive (8ml).

Mini-break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 14-21 days between Easter and Thanksgiving. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Parking is to the side of the cabin and there are 2 steps up to the decked area. Access to the property is through patio doors straight into the open plan living room. 2nd Double bedroom only has 9" gap down one side, but plenty of room on the other side. Compact shower room with small hand wash basin. All bedrooms and shower rooms are off the living room. All internal doors are of standard width.
