Al fresco dining on the long and spacious decked area outside this detached cabin improved by the tumbling waters of the river Seiont as it meanders through this quiet privately owned chalet park. Surrounded by woodland this is a fantastic place to be close to nature. Adults and children love it.Within a few minutes walk there is a small restaurant, shop, take away and open air swimming pool. Glan Gwna park is located near the village of Caeathro, 2ml from the historic town of Caernarfon. This three bedroom chalet is comfortably prepared with leather suite and flat screen TV. Ideal for young families and couples wanting to come and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the prestigious Glan Gwna holiday retreat in Snowdonia. Great place for children to cycle the quiet lanes withing the park and experience some old fashioned freedom. In peak season, live entertainment is available. Close by is Snowdon (6ml) and the lakeside village of Llanberis, where there are plenty of walks, pony trekking at Waunfawr (3ml), steam train rides up Snowdon and through the valleys. Caernarfon is a majestic town with a grand castle and walled town with small shops within. Award winning sandy beach at Dinas Dinlle is also only a short drive (8ml).
3 BEDROOMS: 2 Double bedrooms (only access from one side in 2nd double bedroom). 1 Bunk bedroom with Kingsize bottom bunk and Single top bunk. Bed linen & towels are provided.
BATHROOM/WC: Shower over the bath/WC.
KITCHEN AREA: Kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge (no freezer) & microwave.
LOUNGE/DINER AREA: Patio doors with views of the river and deck, TV, table with 2 stools and 2 chairs (with an extra 2 folding chairs).
GROUNDS: Large decking area to the rear with patio furniture, BBQ and views overlooking the river.
PARKING: Ample parking nearby.
HEATING: Gas central heating included.
ELECTRICITY: Paid by card meter (available at Glan Gwna reception).
PET: Just 1 dog is accepted in this chalet
WiFi: No but there is free WiFi in recreational areas in Glan Gwna.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
