This deceptively secluded accommodation is situated above the river Gwna on the select Glan Gwna park near Caernarfon. All on one level the Chalet is comfortably prepared it has views of the river through the trees and is in a most peaceful location at the end of a row. There is no direct access to the river from the chalet. There is a post and rail barrier along the patio which provides protection to the river edge. However, small children who may be tempted to climb the rails must be supervised at all times. Recently refurbished it offers a cosy place to stay for 2 adults and up to 2 children. It is within 5 minutes walking distance to the 'clubhouse', swimming pool and shop. Dog owners and children love the freedom of the park with it's meandering river and stocked lake. It is always nice and peaceful here and the owners of the chalet and the park keep it immaculate. Down the road is historic Caernarfon town (2ml) where there is a medieval castle, harbour and old town to explore. Eating out in Caernarfon is great fun because of the eclectic mixture of places to eat in 'hole in the wall' street. The beaches here are sandy, Dinas Dinlle is 'award winning' stretch of beach, hill fort and sand dunes (8ml). Take a flights over Snowdon from the little airport there. For those who have the energy Snowdon can be climbed from Llanberis (6ml) or let the 'train take the strain'. this is a nice central location with facilities close by and a wealth of places to visit on the doorstep.
2 BEDROOMS: 1 Double bedroom, 1 room with bunk beds (adult size). Bed linen not provided, please bring your own towels.

LIVING ROOM: L-shaped, with a modern fitted KITCHEN with electric cooker, fridge and microwave; Lounge/diner with two comfy sofas, flatscreen TV.
HEATING: Electric heaters.
ELECTRICITY: by card meter (available locally).
OUTSIDE: Secluded gravelled area with bench and deck chairs with glimpses of the river and woodland through the trees. PARKING: Ample room for parking.
LINEN: No, but is available to hire from the owner. £10 for Double, £5 per single.
WiFi: No (but is available in recreational areas of the park).

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 21 days before the starting date of the holiday.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This is a chalet and is on one level just like a bungalow. As you get out of a car you step on to a slate gravel drive. There are no stairs inside the chalet and it is all on one level.
