Mini-break rules: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 31 days before the starting date of the holiday.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. ACCESS STATEMENT: Parking on the tarmac drive. Access through UPVC front door with a threshold step of......... to the hall way. Bedroom is the first door on the left, the lounge diner is straight ahead. There aer two steps up to the kitchen and a door of the kitchen to the a shower room and a door then to the wc. There are grab handles located near the front door, near the steps up to the kitcehn?? In the shower cublicle?? The shower room is compact and no room for wheelchair or zimmer frames. Acces round the bed is ........... inches one each side??
