Mini-break rules: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will accept mini-breaks all year round - bookeable at any time out of season (November to end of March), or within 56 days of the start date in season (April to end of October).

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Car parking is generally available outside cottage door.
There are four shallow steps to the front door and two from the living room to the kitchen/dining room.
The staircase is quite narrow with a sturdy banister.
Access to the bedrooms and bathrooms is very easy. There are bar-holds on the bath.
Lighting is very good in all areas.
