This is a very comfortable bungalow in a select residential area in the harbour town of Porthmadog, near the Cambrian Coast train station. There is a spacious lounge diner, fully fitted kitchen and good sized bedrooms. It is a short walk to the town's shops and restaurants, leisure centre and the delightful harbour and Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland steam train station. Within a short drive are the sandy beaches at Borth y Gest (1ml) and Morfa Bychan (2ml). Ideal for visiting and enjoying a day out at Portmeirion, the beautiful 'Italianite' village, which is just 2 miles away across the estuary. Also nearby is Cricieth, a seaside town with a castle, shops and good restaurants, just 5 miles along the coast or nearby is the mountain village of Beddgelert and the magnificent Snowdonia mountains which are only 7 miles away. Steam train rides on the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway from Porthmadog are always a treat. Larger trains will take you down the beautiful Cambrian Coastline and even on to Shrewsbury, Birmingham and beyond. This area is very popular because there are plenty of attractions nearby, the sandy beaches are gorgeous and the mountain scenery is spell binding. This is a good central location for a holiday bungalow in North Wales.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement

Drive parking to the front of the property. One easy rise step of about 8 inches into the house. All doors are of standard width. Shower is over the bath. Small wc. Limited access for wheelchairs in the bathroom and WC. The door to the toilet doesn't open fully because of the radiator. The door of the bathroom opens into the middleof the room and restricts access to the handwashbasin for anyone in a wheelchair. We have photos of a wheelchair in the doorways/wc and bathroom of this property available on request.
