Hafal House is in a good location on Porthmadog High Street near both the Main train station and the narrow gague Ffestiniog /Welsh Highland Railway station. This most conveniently designed house has been carefully prepared to offer its guests a very comfortable holiday home in Porthmadog. All bedrooms have ensuite shower and ensuite wc. Plently of shops, tea rooms, inns and restaurants as well as the leisure centre nearby. Join the Welsh coastal footpath at the harbour and enjoy an interesting walk towards Cricieth passing a choice of sandy coves to relax by and also a golf course. Excellent wading bird wet land and cycle track near the harbour and Ffestiniog Railway station (400m). Snowdon and other lofty peaks of the Snowdonia National Park are only 10 mls inland to tour around or to conquer. Many famous attractions including Portmeirion village, Harlech castle and Black Rock Sands beach are all within a few miles. This is a good central location for a large holiday property in North Wales.

PARKING: Street parking with restrictions. Max of 1 hour 9-7pm on the street outside the property.Other street have no restrictions.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
