Immaculate! Retreat into this cottage after a day down the beach or walking the hills and mountains of Snowdonia and enjoy an evening in front of the roaring log fire. The 1930's cottage is in a small hamlet at the foot of Moel y Gest Mountain just a few hundred yards from Morfa Bychan village which lies alongside Black Rock Sands beach. The cottage has some countryside views across it's large well tended gardens. Although there are other cottages nearby none overlook this lovely house and garden. The farmhouse styled kitchen has French doors to the garden. It is a lovely house to bring a dog as there are plenty of grounds which are enclosed and it is just 10 minutes walk to Morfa Bychan village where there is a shop, chip shop, pub and, of course, a dog friendly beach. A coastal footpath, from the door practically, meanders along the coast above sandy beaches and coves to Porthmadog (2ml) or to Cricieth (6ml). Another footpath at the top of the hill goes up Moel y Gest mountain for fabulous all round Snowdonia views. Snowdon looms large just 8ml away, but the most inviting are the mountains above Harlech This is an excellent central location for a holiday property in North Wales.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
