New listing, September 2021

Siop Da Da was a Sweetshop and is centrally situated near the High Street, recreational area and harbour in the town of Porthmadog. Comfortably prepared, this terraced family home has spacious rooms and a sunny patio at the rear for al fresco dining. The spacious living room has exposed stone walls a decorative wood burner for a homely ambiance. The newly refitted kitchen is well equipped and leads out to the patio. The bedrooms have kingsize, double and single beds and there is also the bathroom on the 1st floor. Brilliant for a family or couples alike with these extra conveniences. Tastefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, it is only 100m level short walk to the harbourside restaurants and cafes, 200m walk to the High Street and 300m to the Ffestiniog Railway Station. Porthmadog is a great base for a Snowdonia holiday because of its central location being on the coast and only 7 miles from Snowdon mountain.
