We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.
The apartment is on the first floor and we regret that we are unable to accommodate the severly disabled. However, we have made a number of adjustments to help the partially disabled and elderly to use the appartment.
Outside There is a large level car park allowing easy parking immediately adjacent to the building entrance. There are large paved areas surrounding the property with easy ramps/slopes to both the car park and the seating area - adequate seating provided. Entrance is well lit.
Inside From the entrance hall, the pitch (angle) of the staircase to the first floor accommodation has been lowered to make the stairs less steep and easier to climb. A hand rail is fitted to both sides of the staircase. Access to the appartment is from a large level landing. Inside the appartment all the accommodation is on one level. TV/DVD provided with remote control. Direct access to fire escape platform from appartment.
